Scholar Hotels was founded in 2017 by a leadership team whose experience in hospitality, real estate, hotel operations, development, sales, and asset management extends decades beyond the company's founding. Longstanding professional relationships and complementary expertise created the foundation for a company built to understand hotels from every angle.
Today, Scholar Hotels is a growing hotel development and management company with a distinctive specialization in university markets. Our hands-on approach combines hospitality expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and an owner's perspective to create exceptional guest experiences and lasting value.
